When you send a B2B inquiry, we collect the details needed to reply and prepare a quote:

Name, company or store, city/country, WhatsApp/email or other contact detail.
Request type, indicative quantity, selected products, message, sample/restock notes.
Language, lead source, UTM campaign fields, landing page, referrer host, consent timestamp, and privacy policy version.
Admin follow-up status and notes entered by IMPENZA after the inquiry is received.

Please do not send special category data such as health, biometric, government ID, or payment card data through the inquiry form.
